Note from Mike Hughes: The directories were compiled at the time of writing the first edition of  Spies at work and up date when I revised it nearly twenty years later. At know stage have I been challenged formally or in formally about their contents. I think we now  more now, especially with so much being available from regional newspapers.  The directory of individuals could make a clear distinction between the Employees of the League, Officers of the League and and non execute regional and central council members, and, where we have the information, the the mangers within subscribing  companies who actioned and fed information into the Leagues Blacklisting. That is all likely to happen in tandem with the development of an an improved organisation history of the League.
